ELIGIBILITY RULES FOR ADMISSION
- A Student desirous of taking Admission to B.com. Part I must have passed 2nd year PUC of PU Board, Karnataka or its equivalent Examination.
- Students seeking admiration of B.com. Part 2nd and 3rd need not wait for their results and the admission is subject to previous performance and as per the KU Rules. Students are not permitted to challenge their Optional subjects after getting Admission.
- Migration Certificate/Temporary Eligibility Certificate must be submitted by students coming from other Universities, along with prior permission from KUD.
- Original Mark sheet of previous emanation must be submitted at the time of admission, which will be returned after verification.
- Every admission is provisional until all documents are verified.
- Students coming from others Colleges should bring Certificate of Conduct and Attendance and a Document to state that he/she has not indulged in Examination malpractice, along with prior permission from the Karnataka University, Dharwad.
- Every student must affix a recent passport size photo to the Admission Form and submit three more stamp-size copies for Library and Identity Card.
- No students can claim admission as a matter of right. Admission of a student’s is subject to his/her record of progress in study, good conduct and satisfactory attendance in the previous year of study.
- Admission will be granted only after the Review Committee’s recommendation and the interview with the Principal along with parents.
- No fee paid at the time of admission is refundable. For cancelling admission, 1st Term Fee should be paid. Cancelling after November 1st warrants payment of 2nd Term fee also.
- For the refund of deposits, a written application is required. Refund will be made only after November 1st, by cheque, after deducting dues, if any. Refund will not be made after 31st March. Dues from students may lead to prevention from appearing for Examination. Authority to alter the rules or to show concession resets with the Principal.
- Re-Admission to any Class is not permissible.
